To sign up for a new app, there was a box that said "I have read and agree to the rules," and you ticked it without reading a single word — everyone does. But then you broke one of the rules without knowing (you used a nickname that wasn't allowed), got a warning, and when a parent asked, you said you "didn't know that was a rule." Technically true. But you also clicked a box swearing you'd read them. Now you're a bit stuck. You agreed to something you never read, broke part of it, and your defence is "I didn't know" — when you literally promised you did know. It's a tiny everyday lie almost everyone tells. But it's still a moment where what you clicked and what you did didn't match.
