The situation

A girl called Lila posts a photo of herself on a family hike, with a caption about how much she loves being outdoors. The thing is, she edited it heavily — smoothed her skin, changed the sky, made everything look perfect — and she actually complained the whole hike and couldn't wait to leave. The post gets loads of likes. Comments say "you're so adventurous!" and "goals!" Her friend Noor knows the truth: she was there, and it wasn't like that. Lila is now getting praised for a version of her day, and herself, that didn't really happen. Lila seems happy with the likes. But Noor notices Lila keeps checking the comments, and seems to need them, as if the real day didn't count until the fake version got approved.
