An older kid — someone bigger, someone with status — has started pressuring you to do things for them. Carry something, hand over your snack or money, do their dare, let them copy your work. It's not always loud or threatening. Sometimes it's almost friendly, like you're being let into their world. But there's an edge to it: a sense that saying no would have a cost, and they know it. You feel small around them, and a bit trapped. They've picked you, maybe because you're younger, or because you won't push back. And each time you give in, it seems to make the next demand more certain.
