The situation

A girl called Amara was running her group's plan for a class assembly. She's confident, full of ideas, and good at getting people moving. The group was buzzing along with her suggestions. In the corner, a quieter boy called Daniel said something — twice — but it got lost under the noise. Amara half-heard it the second time. It was, actually, a much better idea than the one they were running with. But the group had momentum, everyone was excited, and stopping to go back would mean admitting the quiet kid had seen something the leader missed. Amara has a choice she could easily skip past. She could keep the energy going with her own plan. Or she could stop, and say, "Wait — Daniel, say that again."
