A group of kids were at a park where they were all meant to stay. One of them, wanting to seem daring, suggested they slip off somewhere they weren't supposed to go — just for the thrill of it. A boy called Adam was with them. Most of the group drifted along with the idea, half-laughing, half-nervous.
